MEET JAMES.
James Fenimore is a serial entrepreneur, Certified Executive and Master Life Coach (PCC), Licensed Christian Counselor, media producer, and the founder and chairman of Fenterprises — a diversified holding company spanning coaching, counseling, publishing, television, film, and marketing.
Over a career spanning more than two decades, James has founded and scaled multiple companies across logistics, technology, media, construction, and marketing, generating nine figures in revenue from the ground up. He has led organizations as President, CEO, and board chair, built teams of over 100 employees, and served Fortune 500 clients with the same leadership framework he developed while running his own companies.
Together with his wife and co-founder Trisha Fenimore, James built The Heart Posture Company as the umbrella for a suite of coaching, counseling, and community brands, each rooted in the conviction that lasting growth begins on the inside. The Heart Posture Coaching division offers one-on-one and group executive coaching for professionals and leaders ready to elevate every area of their lives. The Heart Posture Counseling practice, which James and Trisha lead together, provides Christ-centered family, marriage, professional, and identity counseling for individuals seeking clarity and purpose rooted in faith.
